Newsletter

1. Using the newsletter is free.

2. We do not collect User Data other than e-mail addresses, which is used solely to send correspondence related to the functioning of the mailing list.

3. User Email addresses are NOT and will not be shared with third parties.

4. By subscribing to the mailing list, you agree to receive messages, including advertising information.

5. The subscriber may at any time unsubscribe from the mailing list. The link is at the bottom of each message you send.

1 General provisions

The data administrator is LIL 'KID Tomasz Skweres with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Ursynowska 58/1, 02-605 Warsaw. NIP: 5213172029, REGON: 141271178. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws, and their storage takes place on secured servers.

For interpretation of terms, a glossary of the Regulations is used or as described in the Privacy Policy (if it results directly from the description).

For the purposes of better acceptance of the Privacy Policy, the term "User" has been replaced with the terms "You", "Administrator" - "We". The term "RODO" means Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC.

We respect the right to privacy and we care about data security. For this purpose, among others, secure communication encryption protocol (SSL).

Personal data provided in the form on the landing page are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.

2. Data Administrator

The service provider is the data administrator of their clients. This means that if you have an Account on our site, we process your data as: name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, address for shipping products, IP.

The service provider is also the administrator of people subscribed to the newsletter.

Personal data is processed:

a. in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data,

b. in accordance with the Privacy Policy implemented,

c. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, change or to terminate it and correctly implement the Services provided electronically,

d. to the extent and purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legitimate purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject:

to the extent and purpose consistent with the consent expressed by you, if you subscribed to the newsletter,

Each data subject (if we are their administrator) has the right to access data, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body.

Contact with the person supervising the processing of personal data in the organization of the Service Provider is possible via e-mail at info@lilkid.pl.

We reserve the right to process your data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only in the scope of the need to seek possible claims before the court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain data.

The Service Provider has the right to share personal data of the User and other his data with entities authorized under the applicable law (eg law enforcement authorities).

The removal of personal data may occur as a result of the withdrawal of consent or filing a legally admissible objection to the processing of personal data.

The service provider does not disclose personal data to other entities than authorized under the applicable law.

We have implemented pseudonymisation, data encryption and we have introduced access control, thanks to which we minimize the effects of possible data security breaches.

Personal data is processed only by persons authorized or processed by us, with whom we work closely.

3. Cookies

1. The website www.lilkid.pl uses cookies. These are small text files sent by the web server and stored by the browser computer software. When the browser reconnects with the site, the site recognizes the type of device the user connects to. Parameters allow to read information contained in them only to the server that created them. Cookies therefore make it easier to use previously visited websites.

The information collected relates to the IP address, type of browser used, language, type of operating system, Internet service provider, time and date information, location and information sent to the website via the contact form.

2. The collected data is used to monitor and check how users use our sites to improve the functioning of the website, providing more effective and problem-free navigation. We monitor user information using Google Analitics, which records user behavior on the site.

Cookies identify the user, which allows the content of the website that he uses to be adapted to his needs. By remembering his preferences, he makes it possible to match ads addressed to him. We use cookies to guarantee the highest standard of convenience of our service, and the collected data is used only within LIL "KID to optimize activities.

3. Our website uses the following cookies:

a) "session" (temporary) cookies allow web site operators to register user activities during a given browser session. The browser session starts when the user opens the browser window and ends when it closes. Session cookies are created temporarily. After closing the browser, all session cookies are deleted.

b) "persistent" these cookies remain on the user's device for the period of time specified in these cookies. They are activated each time a user visits the website that created this particular cookie file.

Additional personal data, such as an e-mail address, are collected only in places where the user expressly consented to this by completing the form. The above data is retained and used only for the needs necessary to perform a given function.
